JOY REBRAND
2019
We did a rebranding for the women’s fashion store JOY. To be more in tune with the needs of a modern middle aged woman. As the store had previously been seen as old fashioned and outdated. What we found was that Women after “the kids have left” are more looking for a new self, and new interest in this chapter of their lives.
And as JOY’s KSP was that they were highly rated for personal shopping and great customer service this had to be lifted. With the concept “YOUR TIME TO SHINE” . So we also modernized their store-offering. With taking personal shopping digital, and with a customized fashion subscription service.
